- 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all the fresh ingredients, chop the tomatoes and garlic, and boil water for pasta.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they start breaking down.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese until smooth, then stir into the sautéed tomatoes and let it simmer.
- Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and mix it into the creamy tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot garnished with basil and additional parmesan.
