Description

Ingredients

  • 300g of pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your choice)
  • 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all the fresh ingredients, chop the tomatoes and garlic, and boil water for pasta.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they start breaking down.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese until smooth, then stir into the sautéed tomatoes and let it simmer.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and mix it into the creamy tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot garnished with basil and additional parmesan.
