- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the minced garlic in butter over medium heat, then add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain.
- Combine the sautéed chicken and Alfredo sauce with the drained pasta and broccoli. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and top the casserole with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
