The Best Chicken Alfredo Casserole is a creamy and cheesy delight that combines tender chicken, pasta, broccoli, and homemade Alfredo sauce, making it the perfect comfort food for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the minced garlic in butter over medium heat, then add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  2. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain.
