- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- Olive oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add halloumi slices and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and finely chop cilantro while halloumi cooks.
- Take a tortilla and layer with sautéed halloumi and fresh vegetables. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
- Wrap tortilla tightly around the filling. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
