  • 250g halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add halloumi slices and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
