Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz of elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by shredding your cooked chicken and mixing it with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and return it to the pot, then add butter, milk, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
