Quick and Flavorful Chicken Teriyaki Noodles is a delightful dish combining succulent chicken, vibrant vegetables, and mouthwatering teriyaki sauce, all tossed with noodles for a savory, satisfying meal. Perfect for busy weeknights and packed with flavor, this recipe will soon be a family favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g noodles (your choice)
  • 300g boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • For the Teriyaki Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Whisk together until well combined. Add cornstarch mixed with water and set aside.
  2. Combine sliced chicken with half of the teriyaki sauce in a bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Add bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until just tender.
  4. Add cooked noodles and remaining teriyaki sauce to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or stovetop, adding a splash of water if necessary.
  • For an extra kick, add sriracha or chili flakes when serving.
