- 300g boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- For the Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Whisk together until well combined. Add cornstarch mixed with water and set aside.
- Combine sliced chicken with half of the teriyaki sauce in a bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Add bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until just tender.
- Add cooked noodles and remaining teriyaki sauce to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave or stovetop, adding a splash of water if necessary.
