- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Butter, for greasing the loaf pan
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Gently fold in the flour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease the loaf pan with butter. Pour cheesecake batter into the pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden-brown and the center is slightly wobbly. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges and invert onto a cooling rack. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
