- 1 lb cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, BBQ sauce, and sour cream in a large bowl and mix well.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the frozen tater tots. Spread the bacon and cheese mixture evenly over the tater tots, then top with remaining tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve hot.
