Instructions
- Prepare the Hibiscus Tea Base: Steep dried hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool.
- Blend the Blackberries: Combine fresh blackberries and cooled hibiscus tea in a blender. Blend until smooth (optional: strain for a smoother texture).
- Add Sweetener and Ice: Pour the mixture back into the blender, add honey and ice cubes. Blend until frothy.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh blackberries and mint. Add lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately.
