  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season 1 pound of ground chicken with 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, and salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté 2 cups of broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Combine this sauce with the seasoned ground chicken in the skillet.
  4. After the chicken is cooked through, mix the sautéed broccoli into the skillet, ensuring everything is combined and heated. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
