Description

Sink your teeth into the ultimate comfort food with this Easy Ground Beef Burger Recipe! Perfectly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection, these burgers are a delicious treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of ground beef (80/20 for optimal juiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and place the ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
  3. Mix the ground beef and seasonings together gently, avoiding overmixing. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
  5. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  6. If adding cheese, place a slice on the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Notes

  • Leftover burgers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
