- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli florets under running water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sliced beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned, then add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Drizzle sesame oil into the pan, mix well, and cook for one more minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve over warm rice or noodles.
