  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by mixing breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
