- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by mixing breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
