Instructions
- Start by cutting the fresh salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, removing any skin and bones.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Dip each salmon piece into flour, then into egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the salmon bites for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- For extra crunch, sauté the baked salmon bites in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with a little cooking oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to prepare the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites with the Bang Bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
