  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Β½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  5. Prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Reheat pancakes in the microwave or in a pan over low heat.
  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat flour and Greek yogurt in the frosting.
