Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt, mixing until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
