- 4 medium-sized apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel sauce until smooth.
- Spoon cheesecake filling into each apple and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with remaining caramel.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let cool slightly and drizzle with extra caramel before serving.

- Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds for a warm treat.
