- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb Cajun smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Cajun smoked sausage and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, add Cajun seasoning, and simmer. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and thickened.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine and sausage back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
