Description

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are a tantalizing blend of flavors perfect for BBQs and family gatherings. Marinated in a spicy sauce and grilled to perfection, these skewers are a delightful treat that will impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and caramelized.
  6. Remove from grill, let rest, and serve with additional sauce, over greens, or with rice. Garnish if desired.
