- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl.
- Add chicken pieces, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Remove from grill, let rest, and serve with additional sauce, over greens, or with rice. Garnish if desired.
