- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean mushrooms, remove stems, brush with olive oil, and place on baking sheet.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds, add spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 minutes). Season and let cool.
