  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour half of the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Layer half of the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
