- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour half of the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Layer half of the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
